I spent way too long on this piece, but it's what one might call finished, if they were me. I forgot Nero's scars, and I recalled at the end that Vaporeon don't really have pronounced muzzles, but...
Anyway, Christopher, my poor unfortunate Vaporeon has been indoctrinated into Team Rocket against his will. Because one can't have actual loyalty forced into them, he's been assigned a keeper of sorts, Nero the Houndoom. I think Christopher might have preferred solitary confinement.
